Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Botty.ai account, onboarding your company, or installing our widget script, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
2. Services & Account Creation
Botty.ai provides multi-tenant conversational AI workspaces and live agent takeover portals. When creating an account:
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized breach of security or access to your agent portal.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the conversational widget or platform to:
- Transmit spam, malware, or fraudulent content to site visitors.
- Harvest, mine, or scrape visitor information without proper cookie consent controls.
- Circumvent workspace API rate limits or reverse-engineer AI database storage systems.
- Store or upload credit card numbers, passwords, or highly sensitive protected health information (PHI) as training data.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
Certain components of our services require paid subscriptions. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual schedule. All pricing details and conversation limits are specified clearly on the billing onboarding panel.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Botty.ai, its developers, or its parent entities be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the loss of customer leads, conversational service downtime, or automated AI response errors.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your workspace access immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
